Acquisition of Vision Media Partner
Acquisition of Vision Media Partner, a company specializing in the integration of digital furniture and network installations in the hospitality and healthcare sectors.
2023
Geographical expansion
In 2023, the group took a major step in its international expansion by acquiring Quadriga Systems Limited et IT Hospitality, thus expanding its presence to 14 country.
This approach has consolidated the position of the humelab group on a global scale, while expanding its range of products and services.
2024
Birth of humelab group
In 2024, the group will reorganize under the name humelab group, bringing together its three activities: humelab industry, humelab hospitality, and humelab media.
By bringing together specialists in digital and network professions, the group allows each project to come to life.
