Job Description : As Sales Director for the United Arab Emirates, you will be responsible for developing and implementing humelab hospitality's sales strategy in this dynamic market. Your role will be to identify new business opportunities, build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers, and work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. You will also be responsible for meeting and exceeding sales goals set by management.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute an effective sales strategy for the UAE.
  2. Identify and contact potential new customers, including hotels and healthcare establishments.
  3. Negotiate and conclude sales contracts, ensuring that profitability and customer satisfaction are maximized.
  4. Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to meet customer needs and ensure successful solution implementation.
  5. Ensure regular follow-up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and identify new sales opportunities.
  6. Participate in professional events and trade shows to promote humelab hospitality products and services.

Required profile :

  • Proven experience in selling technology solutions, preferably in the hospitality or healthcare sector.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to convince and persuade.
  • Strong results orientation, with demonstrated experience in achieving and exceeding sales objectives.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Knowledge of the United Arab Emirates market and its cultural and commercial specificities.
  • Fluency in English, knowledge of Arabic would be an advantage.
  • University degree in business, marketing or related field preferred.
