No sensitive data is requested. No account is required to browse the site.
Purposes & legal basis
This data is used solely to process and respond to your request. The legal basis is your consent and/or the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request.
Recipients & processors
Your data is intended for the authorised teams of Humelab Group. We use technical service providers (processors under the GDPR):
- Vercel — site hosting.
- Supabase — storage of contact messages.
- Resend — delivery of notification emails.
Some providers may process data outside the European Union; where applicable, such transfers are governed by appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses). Your data is never sold to third parties.
Retention period
Contact requests are kept for as long as necessary to process them, then archived for a maximum of 3 years from the last contact, for commercial follow-up.
Cookies & analytics
The site sets no analytics cookies without your consent. A banner lets you accept or decline. If you accept, an analytics tool (PostHog) is loaded to analyse navigation in aggregate and improve the site. You can change your choice at any time.
Your rights
In accordance with the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise these rights, write to us at contact@humelab.com.
